Local Tongan families, alongside the Cromwell, Clyde, and Queenstown Lions Clubs, created an opportunity for the wider community to support villages affected by the volcanic eruption and tsunami.
Working together, we were able to fill a 20-foot container with essential supplies and food to send to Tonga. This effort simply wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of local businesses and the community.
It’s a true reflection of the place we live in—people coming together, willing to give and support those who have lost so much.
